Next Level (9th-12th)


Our Next-Level Athletes will take their overall athleticism to new heights! We design our Next-Level programming to focus on developing strength, conditioning, coordination, speed, agility, and power through different resistance and olympic lifting methods. We prepare our Next-Level Athletes both physically and mentally, and if our Athletes aspire to become College Level Players, we create a competitive, insipiring, and intense enviroment to help push, and prepare, them them for the "next-level." We still focus on comprehensive mechanics in their sport while pushing them outside their comfort zone by implementing the following:

+ Advanced Conditioning, Agility & Plyometrics
+ Advanced Strength Training (core, olympic lifting, even yoga)
+ Advanced Acceleration mechanics (minimizing foot contact)
+ Reaction exercises focusing on visual/audio response
+ Advanced Speed, Reaction, and Quickness routines
+ Advanced footwork and first step quickness
+ Flexibility and Injury Prevention
+ Mentorship through Character and Confidence development
+ Work Ethic development (teaching them "how-to" properly practice)
+ Refining their skills and knowledge for specific sports
+ Continueing education of a "Nutritious Lifestyle"
