One On One Sports Training
Welcome to One on One Sports Training. We are focused on helping every type of athlete reach their full potential. We believe that character, confidence, discipline, and dedication are the key ingredients to attaining your athletic goals. We strive to turn our athlete’s weaknesses into their strengths while constantly pushing them outside of their comfort level. We offer this through classes, clinics, camps, leagues, club teams, and private/small group lessons.
Currently, we offer training for Basketball, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, Volleyball, Field Hockey, and Conditioning, Strength, and Agility in Ann Arbor, Saline, Dexter, Chelsea, and Canton, Michigan. Plus, Denver, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and Parker, Colorado.
